What you share with us

Creating an account stores your name and email address. A WhatsApp number is optional. Your account also keeps your email preferences, purchases, product access, license and activation records, and feedback you choose to submit.

Login uses an emailed code instead of a password. Codes expire after 15 minutes. Signing in sets an account cookie and a separate sign-in hint for up to 90 days; signing out removes them from this browser. These cookies help keep your account available between visits.

Purchases and product activation

Payments are handled through Stripe Checkout. SpinZ CZ stores order amounts, currency, payment references and status so your purchase can reach the right account. Full payment-card details are entered with Stripe, not stored in this site's order records.

A plug-in activation sends its serial, installation identifier, platform and product version to SpinZ CZ. The service checks your product access and returns an activation receipt. These records help activate your purchase, manage its permitted installations and resolve support requests.

Your audio in OttoMix and Chopper

OttoMix and Chopper upload your selected audio privately to SpinZ CZ hosting at Hostinger. OttoMix processes it on a RunPod cloud GPU. Chopper sends the song to LALAL.AI for drum separation, then selects and finishes drum loops in your browser. OttoMix sends back a finished mix; Chopper sends back separated drums for browser processing and download. No separation model is downloaded to your phone. Mastering and Lead Generator continue to process locally; Mastering can save finished masters to your account library.

Cloud audio is accessible through your signed-in account and a short-lived processing token. Our workers use temporary files and remove their working files when the job ends. Chopper keeps the uploaded song and separated drums available for one hour after separation so an interrupted browser can finish the same job without another separation. It requests deletion of the LALAL.AI source and stems at expiry, or after cancellation or failure before completion. Failed deletion requests are retried by scheduled cleanup. LALAL.AI states that its cached download links can remain valid for up to one hour after deletion. Uploads and results on SpinZ CZ expire one hour after completion; a cleanup job runs every five minutes to remove expired files. Unfinished uploads expire after 15 minutes. Failed or cancelled separations do not consume a free trial. A successful LALAL.AI separation uses one trial, as in StemSep; retrying browser loop finishing for that saved job uses no extra trial. Download results before closing the page. These tools do not keep an audio library.

SpinZ CZ keeps your account identifier, random request and job identifiers, tool, status and timestamps for access, trial accounting and support. Temporary analysis includes duration, tonal measurements or tempo and loop metadata. Detailed cloud results are erased with the audio; minimal operational job records are retained for up to 30 days. Chopper sends LALAL.AI a generic audio filename. Chopper retains anonymous processing-minute records for up to 62 days as part of the shared LALAL.AI service capacity limit. Account deletion also removes cloud audio and job records. Historic Chopper activity can contain filenames, duration, tempo, progress and short error categories from the previous local engine. Payment records may remain for accounting. Audio is not sent to advertising or analytics platforms.

Your audio in StemSep

StemSep sends your selected audio through SpinZ CZ hosting to LALAL.AI for the instrument or voice separation you choose. Your signed-in account controls access to the session and finished WAVs. The original upload on SpinZ CZ is removed after submission or failure. We request deletion of the provider files after the one-hour result session expires, or when a failed or cancelled session is cleaned up. Scheduled cleanup runs every five minutes. LALAL.AI states that deleted files can remain accessible in its delivery cache for up to one hour. Download your WAVs while the session is available.

Temporary session records include your account identifier, filename, chosen separation, duration, processing state and timestamps. Expired sessions lose their filename and result links. Account deletion requests removal of provider files and clears identifying session data. Minimal usage records, including processing minutes, remain for up to 62 days to enforce our service capacity. StemSep does not keep a permanent audio library. See LALAL.AI’s privacy policy for its data handling.

Your generated beats

Beat Studio adds your exact musical settings (such as the groove you pick) to your description. That description is sent to our music generation provider to generate music. For songs and development tools, your supplied lyrics, audio reference or selected saved track and the chosen processing instructions are also sent to that provider. A live preview plays from a temporary provider media link; completed downloads are saved to your SpinZ CZ account. We do not include your account email, login details or payment details in these provider requests. Avoid including personal or confidential information in your descriptions or notes.

Your composer draft is kept in this browser’s session storage, separately for each signed-in account.

Your beat name, confirmed description, composition choices, processing status, timestamps lyrics, action settings, credit receipts and generated audio or stem archives are saved privately on SpinZ CZ hosting and linked to your account. You can listen, rename, download or delete your saved beats, and reuse their composition choices. The library is limited to 100 entries or 1 GB, whichever is reached first.

Temporary uploaded source files are limited to four files of up to 10 MB per account. Files older than 24 hours are removed by the next worker pass unless an active job still needs them. Account deletion removes these uploaded files. Deleting a result removes its audio or archives, name, description, lyrics and composition choices from your SpinZ CZ library. We retain a credit and provider-cost receipt so deleting a beat cannot reset a spent allowance. Deleting your account removes your locally saved beats and descriptions and anonymizes these receipts. Local deletion does not itself delete provider service records. Contact us if you need details of the provider’s data handling.

Moving your mix to Mastering

Choosing “Take it to Mastering” in OttoMix stores the finished WAV temporarily in this browser and opens it in Mastering. The transfer does not upload audio. A transfer is valid for 30 minutes; Mastering can keep a pending track locally for up to 45 minutes so it survives signing in or upgrading. The pending copy is removed after the track is accepted, and expired copies are removed when the tool next checks them. You can also clear them through your browser’s site-data controls. If local storage is unavailable, OttoMix offers a WAV download instead.

Mastering processes your original on your device. Its existing account library saves finished masters to SpinZ CZ when you are signed in.

Your tool membership

We store membership status, Stripe customer and subscription references, and processing receipts linked to your account. Receipts contain the tool, request identifier, timing and completion state so trials are counted once across tools. Card details are handled by Stripe. Membership receipts do not contain audio or melody notes. Existing per-tool storage and processing details are described separately on this page.

How site activity is measured

The site uses its own analytics to understand page visits, music plays, downloads and account or purchase problems. Browser events use a short-lived identifier in session storage. The current analytics script does not send the text you type into searches or forms.

The analytics service derives a daily visitor identifier from connection information rather than storing a raw IP address in its event records. It also records broad device, referral and country categories. When you sign in, relevant activity can be connected with your account.

Analytics cleanup is configured for three days of anonymous event detail, 395 days of signed-in event detail, 30 days of temporary identity links and diagnostics, and 25 months of daily totals. Account, order and payment records have a separate purpose and are not removed by that analytics cleanup.

Services that help the site work

Hosting, payment and email-delivery services process the information needed to run the site, complete payments and deliver login codes or purchase messages. The hosting service also receives normal connection requests when you visit.

Loading embedded media or opening links to YouTube, streaming platforms, WhatsApp and social sites involves those services. Their handling of your information is separate from this site's account and analytics records.

Choose the email you receive

Optional product updates, tips and offers are separate from login codes and purchase messages. Manage optional email preferences in My Account, or use the unsubscribe link in an optional email. Turning off marketing does not prevent messages needed to access your account or purchase.

For questions about the details held in your account, or to ask for a correction or deletion, contact support from your account email. Purchase and financial history may need to remain to handle existing orders and accounting. We will explain what an account change means for access to your purchases.
