Your permission
The licensed buyer may use, edit, transpose, combine and arrange the included MIDI in new music, beats, performances and commercial client projects. You may distribute and monetize the resulting music without paying additional royalties to SpinZ CZ. Attribution is welcome but is not required for that musical use.

Client work
You may deliver finished commissioned music and the MIDI actually used in that specific client production as part of its project. This does not transfer permission to distribute the complete collection as a reusable library.

Keep the raw collection private
Do not resell, share, upload or redistribute the original collection, its raw MIDI files, or a subset of those files as a MIDI pack, sample pack, template library or competing collection. Do not make the complete download available through public links or shared download accounts. A deliberately offered free example from SpinZ CZ carries the same musical-use permission and raw-redistribution restriction.

Common musical language
This license covers the delivered arrangements, files, documentation and collection. SpinZ CZ does not claim exclusive ownership of common chords, harmonic progressions, scale systems or musical ideas. You are free to create your own material using those ideas. The files were generated and arranged for this collection; no copyrighted song MIDI was downloaded or copied into the pack.

MIDI, not an instrument
The product contains editable MIDI and documentation. Website preview audio uses demonstration instruments that are not included. The sounds you hear after import depend on the instrument you load. No third-party software license is supplied by this purchase.
